Orders & Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Please review your order, shipping address, product size, color, and other selections carefully before submitting your order.

Custom & Personalized Products
Custom or personalized items are created specifically for you. Once production has begun, these orders generally cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Print-on-Demand Products
Many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because they are produced on demand, minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur and are a normal part of the production process.

Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and include photographs of the item and packaging when possible. We will work with you to make things right.

Artwork & Copyright
Original artwork, cartoons, illustrations, designs, characters, and other creative content remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owner unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer reproduction, resale, or commercial-use rights to the artwork.

Customer-Provided Images
When submitting photographs, logos, wording, or other material for a custom order, you confirm that you have permission to use that material for the requested purpose.
