We offer a “satisfaction guaranteed” refund policy for 30 days after your purchase.

All of the items in our store are “digital downloads.” You get to see the product before you purchase it, and if the product is not as we described it or as you expected it, we will refund your purchase price.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
